OUR PEOPLE
DIRECTOR DAVID STODDART
Starting his career in London, as a young chef at Claridge's under John Williams MBE of now The Ritz.
Davids catering derivation includes working in the main production of Harrods, the King and Queen of Jordan in Aman as their personal chef & then worked in the likes of Harvey Nicols 5th Floor Restaurant, the Dorchester Hotel & Royal Gardens Tenth Restaurant.
Moving to Australia in 2004 he worked as Executive Chef at the Marque Hotel and was a finalist for Executive Chef of the year, at the HM Hotel and Accommodation Awards.
Following as Head Chef at Victoria Park Functions Venue , and Consultancy Chef at The Broncos Leagues Club, Operations Manager at The Brisbane Golf Club.
David had a keen eye for detail & operational values and execution.
DIRECTOR KERRIE BERTRAND
Diversity is a way of life for our Director Kerrie Bertrand. Starting her career as a musician in The Australian Army playing the clarinet and alto saxophone, has played for dignitaries and royalty. However a keen passion for all things arts, from oil painting to cooking, she made a career choice to become a chef.
Living in London for almost 10 years , worked for Harrods of London cooking personally for Al Fayed, The Athenaeum Hotel a favourite for movie stars as a private 5 star boutique hotel with attached mansions. Then operationally as a General Manager for Houston and Church, having a key role in obtaining high end contracts such as DLA, Friends Provident, Old Mutual and Lowe Lintas in Soho Square.
On arrival back in Australia worked as Executive Chef for Victoria Park Functions Venue & Cha Cha Char.
In the midst of all this became an accountant, as her belief is to have an all round approach to the understanding of business from ground roots to culmination.
